Of all the things everyday people would rather not deal with in life, cable companies come in a close second to a root canal. Really. Which makes WOW! Internet, cable and phone’s unique culture of “servanthood” all the more impressive. WOW! employees routinely go out of their way to create great “moments” for their customers. Whether that means helping a customer find his lost dog, allowing a small child to assist in an installation with toy tools, or staying late to make sure everything is done right before leaving. We poured over hundreds of gushing letters to create this campaign, which features real employees and the “moments” they made happen. The intent was to make the work look and feel closer to the customer. Which is frankly something WOW! does better than any other cable provider.
